As women, we tend undervalue our worth and what we bring to the many tables we sit at.
In Fact: Black Women are paid 63% of their white counterparts for doing the same work with the same credentials (if not more). Black women are the most educated group of people in the U.S.
We are strong, educated, resilient and we are worth every bit of investment of love, kindness, queenship, promotion, raise, quality relationship, spiritual growth and mental wholeness that is in this world to give.
