Just a few tips:
Only items that can be exchanged:
1. Did not fit (wrong size)
2. Damaged Items (you must submit photo(s) to returns@bebougie.com) or
3. Wrong/color item was shipped to you.
4. Please securely package items either back in original packaging or new packaging to avoid any damage.
If you've changed your mind or if what you ordered did not meet your expectations. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund and return the to us via our Return Center.
Mugs and Clearance items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Once your return/exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. When we have received your item, your refund/exchange will proceed.
It will take up to 7 business days to receive your funds minus the shipping cost.
