Great customer service

The mug I received was defective, Be Bougie not only responded immediately but also gave me a refund and sent a replacement cup! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Be Bougie!

Disappointing.

Cup looked larger than it was but even more disappointing was the writing on it. There were obvious flaws and the writing was very light. It started to disappear as soon as I handwashed it for use. I really expected better quality. 19.00 is a lot for a mug and I expected better.
