What is your Return/Exchange Policy
Only items that can be exchanged:
1. Did not fit (wrong size)
2. Damaged Items (you must submit photo(s) to returns@bebougie.com) or
3. Wrong/color item was shipped to you.
If you've changed your mind or if what you order did not meet your expectations. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund and return the to us via our Return Center.
Mugs and Clearance items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Once your return/exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. When we have received your item your refund/exchanged will be proceed.
It will take up to 7 business days to receive your funds minus the shipping cost.
What if the Postal Service Lost My Package?
We consider a package lost when you have not received your order over 15-20 business days from the date it was shipped (based on your shipping confirmation email). Please note this is not from the date of purchase.
Please notify us that your package was missing at support@bebougie.com and we will look into this issue for you. If your package is found to be missing and within the timeframe outlined above a refund or reshipment may be issued. Each situation is different.
How is your company responding to the COVID-19 pandemic?
We are working with our distributor to ensure safe working environments and that precautions are taken to make sure your items are handled with the utmost care. Due to the stay-at-home orders, we previously experienced longer delivery times.
Thankfully, we have been able to process orders on schedule between 7-14 business days. If we anticipate additional delays, we will update it here. You will also receive personal updates along the way. We hate waiting for things too but we do thank you for your support and patience.
We have also created a Survivors Collection inspired by the pandemic and will donate 10% of all sales of the shirts in this collection to the nonprofit Direct Relief Fund. This organization is geared to help frontline responders & the communities they serve.
How long until I receive my order?
It will usually take 7-14 BUSINESS days for US orders. At least 14 days for International orders. Due to COVID-19 and influx of holiday shipping there have been some delays in our shipping. Thankfully, we have been able to process orders on schedule. If we anticipate additional delays, we will update it here. We thank you for your support and patience. As the holiday season approaches we recommend planning early to ensure items are received in a timely manner. Some items may ship separately (i.e. mugs and embroidered pieces). Are you stuck up, mean girls that think you’re better than everybody?
On the contrary, we are fun, cool women with certain standards. We got tired of others calling us "Bougie" in a negative way. We like what we like and that's not bad. We embrace everyone's standards and feel EVERYONE can Be Bougie in their own way.
What size should I order?
We have S-3XL shirts in most orders. We celebrate the various shapes of our clients. To best suit the majority, our shirts are unisex. If you desire a more fitted look please go down one size.
We carry baby, kids, toddler sizes for a selection collection of shirts that range from 3mo to 5T. Check out our Bougie Like Me Collection.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal. All the payments are secured for your protection.
How much is shipping?
We are currently only shipping to Canada and the US and the shipping cost depends on the amount of the order. However, for US orders greater than $75, standard shipping is free.
How do I care for my T-shirt?
We recommend you wash in cold water, Air dry . If you must dry and/or iron, do so on low heat only. Please see our Care & Fit Guide for more information.
What if I don't like the color, size or dare we say it... style?
We will accept unworn, unused clothing items within 14 days after delivery. Please visit our Returns and Exchange Page to begin the process for your return. Our ceramic mugs are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Can you do a custom order?
No, not at this time. In the future we are looking into adding this as an option. In the meantime, sign up for our email list serve for updates!
What is the policy for Holiday Shipping Delays?
The postal delivery service this holiday season has become overwhelmed with orders and their tracking systems have not been updated regularly. While we wish we could make their process more efficient, once your package is delivered to their facilities, the arrival times are out of our control. We ask for patience and grace as they try to do their best to get your packages to you as soon as possible.
We ask that you outreach to each carrier in your tracking email directly for updates. All of our packages are delivered via First Class Mail.
For the USPS: Call: 1-800-275-8777. Follow the prompts to speak with some directly, follow the prompts for "Track a Package" and then after you enter the information , ask to speak to a representative. Please be aware the hold time is very long.
For DHL Call: 317-554-5191 M-F 8-9pm(EST) and follow the prompts. Some of our packages will start with DHL and then get delivered via USPS.
For FedEx Call: 1.800.463.3339
If you are like us and need to speak to a human hopefully these numbers will be helpful (after you get through the automated prompts.).
